Welcome to shopping with us at 1967spud Reloading Supplies Ltd: We hope to make your experience with us both enjoyable and rewarding.
Please navigate the website using the new intuitive menu or search bar. You can search with both names and SKUs.
Once you decide on items to purchase, in/out stock items will be shown available or not. We do take backorders and make sure to post all back-ordered items as soon as they become available. We do not charge extra postage costs for items "to follow". If you'd like to cancel a backorder, please do it via E-mail only. Our E-mail address is spud@1967spud.com
We also take pre-orders for newly arriving products and will update the status on the website once they have launched and are available to us here in the UK.
We aim to ship in-stock items "next day", not including Saturdays or Sundays; most packages will be discreetly wrapped and sent via courier where possible. We use Parcelforce and DPD as our leading couriers for oversized items internationally. We use the Post Office for small items unless it's small and costly; then, we will revert to our leading couriers.
We take many payment types, including the usual Visa, Mastercard but not Amex at this time. We can also take payments via BACS, phone, and post. We do not accept PAYPAL, as they are a massive anti-shooting lobbyist, and we choose not to support these companies. Our payment gateway provider Barclays Bank PLC handles all payments safely and securely.
Ultimately, we are here to serve you as "the customer"; we are contactable seven days a week from 7.30 am to 10 pm. Our large Distribution Centre based in North Norfolk is open for all visitors from Monday till Friday, 8 am till 4 pm.

So Called Grey Imports
Just a word to the wise, we here at 1967spud.com will not and never have imported or knowingly sold so-called “Grey” imports.
Depending on the manufacturer or product, we are either officially approved importers or make all our purchases through the official importers and wholesalers.
We endeavor to stock and keep over 20 thousand different products on the shelf at our Distribution Centre based in Norfolk. Sometimes things will go on backorder, mainly due to extended delivery times from abroad and increased global demand during Covid 19 and broader world events.
Both warranty and serviceable parts fully support every single item we sell. Yes, other firms may be cheaper, but are they guaranteed-backed products?
Our company ethos is “Nothing is too much trouble”, and we pride ourselves on how far we have come in a short time, the collective knowledge we can share with you and our reputation.
Cheap is only sometimes better.

Backorders and Stock Control
Sometimes, items will go backordered.
We try to keep stock control on the website as accurately as possible, but sometimes, a product count needs to be corrected.
When you order from us, the stock control system will notify you if an item you have picked is out of stock. It is then your decision to either place an order for the back-ordered item or choose another product.
If we notice a stock control error when picking up your order, we'll reach out to you to update you and give you alternatives if you need other products.
If needed, you can cancel any back-ordered items as long as they are not "special order" items.
Once any back-ordered item comes back into stock, it will be shipped free of charge; this applies to any partially shipped orders.

Site Update as of 13th July 2023
The site has implemented new stock control with three stock status. If a product is in stock, it will be "FOR SALE" as usual. If the product is out of stock but back in stock on a realistic time scale, it will show as a "BACKORDER". If the product has not been expected on a real-time scale, we will put it into "OUT OF STOCK" status. This option will have an added option for notifying email when back in stock.
A new stock control has been implemented on the site, with three stock status. If a product is "IN STOCK" it will be for sale as usual. If the product is in the "IN STOCK" but shows as a "BACKORDER", this means this product will be back in stock on a realistic time scale. If the product is not expected in a realistic time scale, we will put it in to "OUT OF STOCK" status. This option will have an added option for notifying email when back in stock.

We hope this will further make shopping with us easier and more transparent.
Deliveries
Free UK delivery on all orders over £100.
Typically delivered within 2-4 working days.
International delivery of many products is available in most European countries.
Quick and secure.
We do endeavor to get items to you as soon as we can, but if you need an urgent order please call. We are currently getting all our parcels out on time and would like to ask you to be patient with our couriers and us if the package takes longer to arrive than the stated time.
Should there be any significant delays, please contact us, and we will be happy to help you. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this might cause and hope you understand.
Delivery Questions
Do you provide next-day or Saturday delivery? As standard, we endeavor to ship all orders on a 24-hour service to go out on the day of order. However, we cannot guarantee next-day service and will aim to get you your parcel in 2-4 working days. We do use a mixture of Royal Mail, Parcelforce and DPD; some may automatically deliver on a Saturday as standard. Should you require us to use a specific courier or for your parcel to arrive by/on a set date, please give us a call. Where we can, we will always try to accommodate these needs.
What packaging do you use? We recycle as much packaging as possible; our local authorities will recycle unused cardboard. If you require specifically discreet packaging, please scroll to the bottom as this is a supplemented service we can provide.

How does our delivery service work? At 1967spud Reloading Supplies Ltd, we aspire to offer our customers a delivery experience that is quick, efficient, and hassle-free. We use couriers that provide efficient services across the UK and overseas. We and the couriers attempt to ensure your parcel is with you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Please let us know how we will notify you about the order delivery. We will send you the shipment notification email once your order is packed and ready to be dispatched.
The dispatch notification email has the delivery tracking code, which you can use on the DPD or Parcelforce websites to identify your order's current location and status.
If only part of the items ordered are ready to be dispatched, we will process this for you as soon as possible, and the remaining items will be delivered as quickly as they are available in stock. These will be sent to you at no extra charge.
How do I check my order status? Once you have placed a new order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that the order has been placed and is being processed. Every time the order status changes, you will receive further updates by e-mail. You can also check the status of your order any time on www.1967spud.com website. Click the "Account" link or "View Order History" at the top of the website, then log in as an existing customer. Select the order you want to check and click on it in the list available to check further details. If the payment is successful, the order will receive "Processing." If any of the items ordered are currently out of stock, you will receive further e-mail updates listing all items due to be delivered. Every time we dispatch your order entirely or parts of your order, you will receive an e-mail notification explaining which items were delivered. You can also see a list of sent items on your "Account" page on the 1967spud main website under the "Shipments" section. Once all the items of your order have been shipped, the order will receive the status Completed. If payment wasn't successful or you decided to cancel your order before it was dispatched, we will change the order status to Cancelled.
What courier services do we use? All orders in the UK & Europe will be sent via DPD, Parcelforce Courier or Royal Mail. Where a parcel cannot be delivered (e.g. one at home), you will be notified by our courier with a range of options for re-delivery. The courier will automatically attempt delivery the following working day, but if delivery is still unsuccessful, you must collect the parcel from your local Post Office. If your property is not collected within five days, it will be returned to 1967spud Reloading Supplies Ltd and treated as a failed delivery. We can then talk to you about an alternative delivery address or a suitable delivery day to deliver your parcel. If you then request a refund on the order, your credit/debit card may be debited the delivery charges back to 1967spud Reloading Supplies Ltd. We will always do our best to ensure delivery is as convenient as possible for our customers, so if you have any queries or need support regarding the delivery of your order, please contact our Customer Services Department at +44 (0)1263 739923.
How would you like to track your parcel? Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirmation that the order is being processed. You will receive another email with your tracking number when we dispatch the goods. You can then visit the relevant tracking website (Parcelforce or Royal Mail) and enter your tracking number into the "Track Item" box. You will then be able to view the status of your delivery once our courier has taken care of your order. Please remember that your tracking number may not be live in the courier system immediately, and it may not be until later in the evening that you can track your parcel. Our couriers will collect orders dispatched over the weekend on Monday evening. If you've placed an order for multiple items, please be aware that any long-length or more oversized items (i.e. cleaning rods or some drag bags) may be delivered the day after other smaller parcels, but only if 'Standard Courier' is selected as your chosen delivery option.
What should we do if there is a problem with the delivery?1967spud Reloading Supplies Ltd relies upon the services of third-party couriers, and whilst we endeavor to ‘keep to our word’, there can be occasions when the couriers let us down and do not deliver within the specified delivery time. On rare occasions when this does happen, we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item. To avoid doubt, 1967spud Reloading Supplies Ltd will not refund any delivery charge if the courier has failed to deliver the item(s) on the anticipated delivery date. If the parcel arrives when you expect it or there is a problem with your delivery, please call us on +44 (0)1263 739923. We will then work with the courier to ensure a delivery day is provided. If you are unlucky enough to receive damaged or faulty goods or would like to return an item, please see our Returns Page for the best ways to proceed.
Discreet Deliveries Due to courier changes with both DPD and Parcelforce, we can no longer use black shrink wrap for some services on our parcels. So, we have had to make some changes at our end and implement a new service called "Discreet Shipping". For all of you who want to keep your purchases both safe and confidential, please let me know
There will be a small surcharge of £3, but we have kept it to what it costs us for this new service. Your discreet package will still be wrapped in black plastic like it was before. You will also be sent tracking details, so you have better control over the delivery process.
Powder & Primer Deliveries (Dangerous Goods)
We are now able to deliver primers and powders again. ALL deliveries will need specific paperwork from you and us to make any deliveries happen.

As usual, please place your orders through the website. Any non-DG items will be sent via the normal routes.
When we receive a "DG" order, we will contact you via e-mail to obtain a copy of your firearms certificate (it must be yours, signed, and up to date). Failure to comply will mean your order will sit here until the paperwork is completed. This will be needed every time you order "DG" from us.
We will then be able to ring you to discuss the delivery options; delivery charges are listed below and relate to the postcode location.
We can only deliver to the UK mainland addresses, which must match the front of your Firearms/Shotgun certificate.
Once delivery or collection has been determined, we will make sure to take delivery payment unless you collect from us. Please see the charges listed below.
If we deliver Ammunition or Primers, they can only go to an RFD; please get them to contact us. They may have fees to receive them, which you must pay.
If it is just powder, we can deliver it to the address on your certificate only. The couriers will contact you to arrange times, etc.; you must produce your current firearms certificate for them. Having your phone with you would be best if they need to find you.
We will deliver all deliveries once we get four or more ready to pick up, as couriers will surcharge us for anything less than a collection of four. We can expedite one if needed, but there will be a surcharge of £30 on top of current delivery charges.

Returns
If you wish to return an item to us, please click here to download a RETURNS FORM. Please ensure the form is fully completed and enclosed with your returned items.
Returns Policy
Please be aware that items can only be returned for an exchange/refund if they are unused and in their original packaging and have all the barcode tags intact. Any seals and shrink-wrap must be intact, and clothing, shoes, and accessories must have labels or tags attached. If the goods or the packaging are not in a re-saleable state, we may decline your exchange/refund request. We are responsible for any goods until we have received them.
Exchanges
Exchanges are typically processed within seven days (subject to stock availability). We will gladly post your exchanged item for free (you will have to pay the difference if the goods you require are more expensive than your original order, and we will credit you any difference if the goods are cheaper than your original order). Still, we ask that you return the unwanted item to us at your own expense. Unless notified otherwise, we will always send replacement goods to your original shipping address. It is your responsibility to follow the RETURNS POLICY.
Returns
Refunds will be sent to your original payment method and are usually processed within seven days. Please help us deal with your return quickly by providing us with the information you requested. We're responsible for returning the original item to us (as we do not offer free returns). I want you to know that it is your responsibility to follow the RETURNS POLICY.
Faulty Goods
If goods appear faulty or damaged upon receipt, please contact us, and we will arrange a solution.
If returning supplied goods for a warranty claim, please ensure they’re within warranty, the warranty claim is valid, and the item(s) are cleaned thoroughly, free of debris and with their original packaging. If the goods become faulty through defective material or poor artistry but not normal wear and tear, they should be returned for our inspection immediately. The item may have to be returned to the manufacturer for testing if necessary. If faulty goods need to be replaced, you must ensure that they are suitably packaged and accompanied by a cover letter and a copy of proof of purchase. If faulty footwear is being returned, please ensure that it has been cleaned of excess mud first - for Health & Safety reasons, we cannot process dirty products. The cost of returning goods to be repaired or replaced under warranty is not covered by the warranty and must be met by yourself. We will, of course, send out any repaired/returned goods free of carriage charge.
Replacement goods carry a warranty period from the date of the original purchase. No warranty extension will be applied to replacement products.
We cannot process returns without an original invoice number and a note or an email stating what is to be refunded. Failure to provide the requested information will cause delays in dealing with your return. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Here at 1967spud, we pride ourselves on making customer service our priority. If you feel like you have a complaint, please let us know. First, please contact a staff member to see if they can help solve any issues.
If they can't solve the problem quickly, we need your details to launch a more profound problem-solving solution.
To effectively resolve a complaint, the complainant must include their full contact details. Please state clearly the whole nature of the complaint.
We will need the following in the email to go ahead with the action.

Order Number, if an online sale or date of telephone sale, and invoice number.
Description of the complaint
We will email you back in return to explain what will happen next. We will let you know more as the complaint is dealt with. After resolving this, we will contact you, discuss the final findings and liaise with you to a positive end for everyone. Once a mutual outcome has been agreed upon, we will refund, resend, charge, or return as needed.
If we receive an anonymous complaint, we will pursue it as reasonably practical. We may only be able to conclude if we can communicate with the complainant fully.

Wherever possible, we try to be eco-friendly to protect our oceans and planet. We keep our plastic use to a minimum and try and use as much recyclable packaging as possible for our deliveries.

You may have seen a product for sale in the US that they won't or can't be bothered to ship outside the States; this can be frustrating at best. Maybe you have seen a one-off product made by a small mom-and-pop operation doing small runs.
Let us try and help you obtain it!
If bringing it to the UK is legal, we can get it in for you. We work with PBS Int. based in London, who specialise in bringing licensable components and firearms into the UK, so that's Firearms etc, covered. As for small one-off products or ranges, we can ship most things quickly and in a realistic time frame. Some items may need importation paperwork sorting, but that's all doable.
*All special order items must be paid a 25% deposit before ordering. VAT and importation duties will apply when the products arrive at UK shores.
