Spudy Says..."Shell holders are needed to hold the case on the press ram, Not all brands share the same shell holder number for the same calibre family. For instance of the shellholder used for .308 Win/.243 Win/.260 Rem & the Creedmoor's in a LEE is a #2 in Hornady & Redding it's a #1 and RCBS is #3. So you can see you have to be sure what number you need and what make. This also works like this the collets range used in the trimmers etc. You can mix die makes and shell holders with no issues as long as you set up your dies each time you use them. LEE priming tool shell holders can also be used in the KM neck turners."
