If you're a competitive shooter, the RCBS Competition Powder Measure is an excellent option. This powder measure can accurately meter all types of smokeless powder, including ball, flake, and cylindrical. It comes in three models, the pistol/small rifle model measures .5 to 40 grains, the rifle model meters 10 to 110 grains, and the combo unit handles both ranges.
RCBS® Competition Powder Measures accurately meter, by volume, all types of smokeless powder—ball, flake or cylindrical (stick). The pistol/small rifle model measures .5 to 40 grains, the rifle model meters 10 to 110 grains, and the combo unit handles both ranges. The units combine the proven Uniflow™ Powder Measure, which features a precision-ground metering drum and honed main casting, with a powder baffle and Micrometer Adjustment Screw. The Powder Baffle controls the powder flow and the pressure of the powder column on the metering unit. The Micrometer Adjustment Screw allows precise adjustments to the metered charge and lets reloaders record the number for future reference. The handle can be positioned on the right or left side. Note: The Competition Powder Measure should be used in conjunction with an accurate powder scale for setting the original charge and for checking charges occasionally during the run. Do NOT use with black powder.

Q6: Do I have to pay international taxes and duties?

- Set up your reloading bench where it (and stored components) will not be exposed to heat, sparks or flame.
- Establish a comfortable loading procedure and don't vary it.
- Keep your reloading bench, equipment and area clean and uncluttered. Label components and reloads for safe, easy identification. Never use powder from an unlabelled tin.
- Understand what you are doing and why it must be done in a specific way.
- Follow loading recommendations exactly. Don't substitute components for those listed in metallic data without reducing the load and working back up.
- Never substitute smokeless powder for black powder or Pyrodex because smokeless powder is much more powerful than black powder. Never mix two powders together.
- Wear safety glasses.
- Stay alert when reloading. Don't reload when distracted, disoriented or tired.
- Don't smoke, drink alcohol or take drugs while reloading or while in your reloading area.
- Keep everything out of reach of small children.
